|2. Q: What style of homes do you build? A: We have, can and will Custom Design and Build any style. Old World, Hill Country, Mediterranean, Traditional, Eclectic, Texas Ranch, Contemporary, etc...
||12. Q: How long does it take to build a new home? A: A 3,500 square foot home takes 6-7 months while a 5-8,000 square foot home could take up to 10-14 months. |
|3. Q: Do you build only high end, million dollar homes? A: We do build million dollar plus homes, however, we start in the $300ís. Whether $300,000 or $3 million we use the same high quality techniques. Much like Mercedes Benz, we build a 600 Sedan, but we also build a 220 model.
||13. Q: Who arranges the financing? A: We have a number of loan programs and lending institutions that we highly recommend. The "One Time Close" is absolutely the best loan program available for a build to suit.|
|4. Q: In what areas do you build homes? A: All of (but not limited to) Northeast Tarrant County including Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, Roanoke, N. Richland Hills, the MidCities and the Alliance Corridor.
||14. Q: Who designs your landscaping? A: You will have the opportunity to meet directly with our Landscape Professionals to custom design your project to your specifications.|
|5. Q: Do you have a Model Home? A: We usually always have at least one or two Model Homes available. However, our past customers are usually willing to show a completed occupied home upon appointment as well.
||15. Q: What type of windows do you provide? A: There are dozens of options available, but all windows have a minimum glazing of thermo-pane Low-E, double insulated glass.|
|6. Q: What type of Warranty do you offer? A: The Certified Master Builder Limited Ten Year Limited Warranty is standard. Optional extended plans are available.
||16. Q: What type of Heat & A/C system do you use? A: We use and strongly recommend all "Trane/American Standard" equipment. Optional programmable thermostats are available.|
|7. Q: What price per square foot do you build for? A: Our homes start at $100 per square foot of living area including home site and landscaping.
||17. Q: What type of insulation do you use? A: Standard is Fiberglass, R-13 in walls and R-30 in ceiling. However dozens of superior upgrade possibilities are available including Cellulose and Spray Foam.|
|8. Q: How many homes do you build per year? A: We are a "low volume", high quality "custom" home builder who builds less than 20 homes per year.
||18. Q: What type of foundation system do you use? A: Standard foundation is a monolithic, post tensioned, slab on grade with and/or without piers as designed and recommended by the Structural Engineer.|
|9. Q: Who designs your homes? A: We are aggressively involved in the design process, however we use a qualified Architect to actually draw the blueprints.
||19. Q: Who oversees the construction process? A: We are hands on and very actively involved in the construction process. We oversee all aspects of construction personally.|
|10. Q: Who decorates your homes? A: Aside from our direct influence, we have several Interior Designers to work with. Most of our suppliers have showrooms with design consulatnats available as well.
